We FINALLY got our wish to have a White Christmas! I have never been SO excited to have it snow in my life!!! Here are a few pictures I took last night as it was snowing in our neighborhood. (More to come of Christmas morning and things.) It truly is a wonderful blessing to be able to have such a pretty back drop for the most wonderful day of the year! Merry Christmas, and may we all remember the reason for the day!

Christmas fun with family!!!!
Yesterday my Mom had the grand kids over for an afternoon of fun and then we ended the night with pizza and a fun game. Seth was there when I got home and I had to take a picture because it had been like 3 weeks since I've played with Seth.
He had a chance to run free in the basement for a few minutes all by himself. What a cute kid!

I guess all the running around in the basement is a little tiring.
Going up??????

McKay and Dallin hanging out before dinner.
Sydney and Abby just chilling.
Carter, Brenna, Sydney, Abby, Dallin and Bailey getting ready to enjoy some pizza.

The kids getting ready to play Grandma's game.

So I know that Claire isn't looking at the camera but I still thought this was a cute picture of Aunt Debra and Claire.

The gang playing the game. There were a couple of trays of dice going around the circle and every time someone got doubles they were able to pick something out of the stash in the middle. They did 3 rounds and everyone round the prizes got better.
Some action shots here...
Almost the whole group, rolling their little hearts out...

McKay with his stash...
After everything was said and done with the game, there was a little trading going on.
I had to take a picture of Talmage...while we were singing Christmas songs, Talmage had his stash out and was playing the drums or something like that on his toys. It was cute.

Brenna figured out by herself how to pull up and lounge in the chair...I had to take a picture...it was just cute.

My Primary Class
This year I have been teaching the CTR 6 Primary class. There are SO many kids that they had to split the class and I was lucky enough to get all the girls in my class. It has been SO nice to have just my little girls that are very well behaved. Today we had everyone there so I ran home (because you can do that in Utah since the church is SO close) and got my camera to take a few pictures of my class. Bottom Row Left to Right: Ellie, Ashely, Abby, Baylee and Sierra. Top Row: Cynthia Smith, my co-teacher and me of course!

They kept being silly while we were trying to get a good picture, so we let them do one silly picture...just for fun!
After class I took a few more pictures, this is Sierra and I.
Here is Abby and I just hanging out.
It has been a fun year and I will really miss my girls next year. I am still waiting to see who I am teaching next year but I look forward to getting to know new kids.

Chocolate is SO good!!!!
Candice, Abigail and I went to Mimi's Cafe while I was visiting and the server brought out a little dessert for Abigail...a little cup with chocolate pudding! Can life get any better then that?
Here are just a few random pictures of her enjoying her chocolate pudding...

What fun would it be to eat if it didn't get all over you, right?

Colorado Snow...
This morning we woke up to another "winter wonderland." It was SO beautiful! I love the way the trees look the morning after a snow storm with the snow stuck to every branch and it glistening in the sun.
We found a spot that had lots of beautiful trees and had to take pictures.
Candice and I making sure that we had a picture together (Abigail was in the truck waiting because it was just a little chilly.)
Just another pretty picture of the beautiful snow and blue sky! I am loving this winter stuff!!!!
Playing in the snow with friends!!!
I am in Colorado Springs visiting Candice and Abigail for a couple of days. Yesterday we had some snow (it was their first snowfall since October) so we had to go out and play in it for a few minutes. Here is Abigail exploring the front yard.

It's beginning to look at like Christmas!!!
I was SO excited when I woke up this morning and saw this much snow on our back patio! It's been SO long since we've had snow. It FINALLY feels like the holidays...I am SO excited!!
It was SO beautiful outside...everywhere was covered in snow...so here are some random pictures that I took.
The backyard...

I couldn't resist taking a picture of my car all nice and clean while the outside world was all white!!!
The neighborhood....

The front yard. I know by January I will be sick of the snow but for now I am LOVING it!!!
Color Me Mine...
Last night I went to Color Me Mine with Jennifer, Stephanie and Catherine. It is this really cool place where you can pick out different pieces of pottery and paint them yourself. I was willing to go but I was unsure about how my piece would turn out because I am not a very creative person when it comes to art kind of things. So, I started out with just a plain color and went from there. Check out their website http://www.colormemine.com/
Here's Jenn with one of her plates. (Look at all the different pieces in the background that you can choose from.)
Catherine painting away on a holiday plate.

Stephanie working on her bowl. (She painted the underneath black with red dots and white circles around them.)

Here is my mug, I was really kind of proud of what I accomplished. And the little flaws that it will have, I consider that they are character.

...and here it is!!!!

Stephanie with her final product.
Here is my final product...kind of cute, huh?
Catherine's final product...too cute. I am really excited to see what happens after it goes through the fire and has the glaze on it...so stay tuned!!!
